Welcome to the home page of the Lethbridge Chapter - Gold Wing Road Riders Association (GWRRA). AB-L is the newest GWRRA Chapter to be formed in The Great Northwest Region "J". The new chapter was formed on May 7th, 2006. Rick Beres was set in as our first Chapter Director and Don Coghill as Treasurer. Tracy Dow later volunteered as Rider Educator and Paul LaBelle as Newsletter Editor and Webmaster.
Lethbridge is a great little city situated just east of the Rocky Mountains, slightly north of the 49th Parallel and just south of the home of the Calgary Stampede. Lethbridge, Alberta is one of the warmest and sunniest cities in Canada. We enjoy the Chinook Winds that flow off the Pacific Ocean and make their way over the Rocky Mountains. Lethbridge is also known for it's high level railroad bridge (illustrated in our logo), the Coulees that border the Old Man River and Indian Battle Park, a historical site. We are proud of our community with a population just over 78,000. Experience the friendliness and community spirit of Lethbridge.
