FRIDAY, JUNE 29th

Noon to 6:30 pm      -    Check in and Registration at the residences Kainai House (Watch for signage)
                                -    You can register for Poker Run (may be changed to a observation run).   Look for the poker run table.

7:00 pm                    -    Opening and welcome down in the Atrium on the 6th. level at the University of Lethbridge
                                -     Entertainment & Socialize
 

SATURDAY, JUNE 30th

7:00 am to 9:00 am    -    Breakfast Buffet down in the Atrium on the 6th.level (Prepaid) at the University of Lethbridge

8:00 am to 2:00 pm    -    Registration at the residences Kainai House (Watch for signage)

9:00 am                      -    Educational Course(s) begin. Check signage in the Atrium for room locations.

9:00 am to 6:00 pm    -    Recommended pleasure rides.   Maps will be available at registration or in the Atrium.

6:30 pm                      -    Seating begins for the evening buffet. (Included in registration)

7:00 pm                      -    Buffet begins.

At dusk                      -    Drive-In Movie.  Come and enjoy an old time drive-in movie on your wing.
                                  -    Location: Top in the parking lot.  Movie to be announced.
 

SUNDAY, JULY 1st

7:00 am to 9:00 am    -    Breakfast Buffet down in the Atrium on the 6th. level (Prepaid)

9:30 am                     -    Precision Riding Team Demonstration (Top parking lot)

10:15 am                   -    Poker Run Departure ( may be changed to a observation run).
                                 -    Leave from the top parking lot.

Mid afternoon          -    Muster for the parade in the top parking lot.

3:30 pm                    -    Precision Riding Team Demonstration at the Exhibition Grounds Parking Lot

4:00 pm                    -    Canada Day Celebrations begin at Henderson Lake (Right across the street)

7:30 pm                    -    Closing Events and Draws in the Atrium on the 6th. level

Dark                        -    Fireworks at Henderson Lake
 

MONDAY, JULY 2nd

Clean-up and Good-byes.      Enjoy "Wingin' West"  to Billings.
